My name is Theresa Claeys, my husband and I currently farm in a small town in Manitoba, Canada. Previous to farming I was employed at Revenue Canada for ten years, been a Bailiff for three years and my corporation licensed American Network Marketing Companies to carry on business in Canada.  I also have been a corporate trainer for the last 26 years. With such a diverse background, I would always investigate every new opportunity out there with a fine-tooth and comb.  I became involved with BIM (business in motion) in April of 2008 and meet with Alan Neil Kippax . I've known Alan approximately 10 years. My first impression was, "Wow, this guy can sell!" That was the first time I went to a BIM meeting held at the Grand Hotel in Kelowna, BC. I got  involved with BIM and went to as many meetings as I could. 1997 was my first introduction to Network (or Multi-Level) Marketing with ACN (which is now a large and successful organization). Over the years I signed up with a few (Mary Kay, Melaleuca) but always hated asking people if they “wanted to make extra money” or “join my team” or any of the lines that a company might teach. I learned early on what the definition of a pyramid scheme was; no actual product, no corporate headquarters. I had what most people would consider a great job, so I actually put MLM's on the back burner and concentrated on “my career”.
